As of July 2026, Zoning Amendment public hearing notices can now be submitted electronically to the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (HLC) at EOHLCZoningAmendmentHearingNotices@mass.gov
Note: MGL does not required Special Permit and Variance public hearing notices to be submitted to HLC, only Zoning Amendment public hearing notices.
