2018 CPTC Annual Conference
Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Holy Cross College

The CPTC Annual Conference will be held on March 17, 2018 at Holy Cross College. There will be 18 sessions designed for citizen planners, zoning, building, and conservation officials; citizens interested in land-use and development issues in their communities; municipal staff members who serve boards and planning departments; professional planners, and others who consult with municipal boards.

Many sessions count for credit toward your CPTC Certificate, MIIA insurance credit or AICP credit. Sessions cover CPTC core subjects like Subdivision Control & ANR and Roles and Responsibilities of Planning & Zoning Boards as well as other subjects like Recreational Marijuana and Economic Development.

Online Workshops

CPTC provides two core workshops online. Workshops can be taken for CPTC credit by completing the quiz at the end of the workshop video. Links are provided to related text documents. The workshops are Introduction to Subdivision Control and ANR and Writing Reasonable & Defensible Decisions.

The Citizen Planner Training Collaborative
