[Massplanners] Multiple ADUs on single lot

Hello Massplanners,

Are any municipalities permitting multiple local ADUs on a lot by Special Permit approval? If so, I would be curious to review the standards and conditions set forth in your respective Zoning Bylaw/Ordinance.

I have been referring to the AG's Municipal Law Unit (MLU) By-law Decisions<https://massago.hylandcloud.com/231publicaccess/MLU.html>. Super helpful, but the decisions tend to focus on its rationale for partial approvals only.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
