HOME-ARP Technical Assistance Request for Quotes

The CIty of Brockton is requesting quotes from qualified firms for the
following services:

   1.

   Brief City officials on HOME-ARP program requirements including eligible
   projects and expenses, reporting and monitoring, etc.
   2.

   Prepare an Request for Proposals for the City to issue to solicit
   projects for HOME-ARP Funding
   3.

   Draft Amendments to PY 2021 Annual Action Plan, as previously amended,
   to reflect potential changes in HOME-ARP priorities.


Quotes are due by Noon, Monday, June 30, 2025.

Respondents shall provide a dollar amount for each of the three line items
above and include a brief description of services and actions needed to
deliver that item.

Please include a brief statement of qualifications highlighting the nature
of the organization of the respondent, team members, and similar
experiences and assignments.
