[Massplanners] What's New in Housing Production Plans?

Hi All -
Littleton is contemplating a Housing Production Plan. It will likely include the expected "what housing will be needed after the first 300-plus multifamily rental units at King Street Common are completed?". However, it feels like "we" should be asking new, more interesting questions.

I would love to hear your ideas on best practices - particularly what's new, what is "that thing/data/mapping I wish we had been able to do" when your community completed an HPP or similar. Are there any great HPPs with innovative approaches?
