You may want to check if the permit extension act during covid 19 era has any impact on the validity of the permits/plans associated with this subdivision.

Hi Matthew,
My understanding is that the plan does not expire but the ability of a developer to record it expires. Section 81X calls for a definitive plan to be recorded within 6 months of approval and if not, the Planning Board or Clerk can issue a certificate stating that the plan has not changed or been rescinded since approval and the developer would be able to record the endorsed plan with 30 days of that certificate issuance.

Planners, I have a signed Form C-1 decision for a 38 lot subdivision dated November 14, 2017. I do not have a recorded endorsed plan, nor is there a covenant established/recorded. The decision also does not have an expiration date listed in
Planners,
I have a signed Form C-1 decision for a 38 lot subdivision dated November 14, 2017. I do not have a recorded endorsed plan, nor is there a covenant established/recorded. The decision also does not have an expiration date listed in its conditions. There is, however, and extension for an order of Conditions through 2026 from the Conservation Commission (not sure if that matters).
I feel like this is expired, but I could use a second opinion.
Thank you!
