<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">My understanding is that the plan does not expire but the ability of a developer to record it expires. Section 81X calls for a definitive plan to be recorded within 6 months of approval and if not, the Planning
Board or Clerk can issue a certificate stating that the plan has not changed or been rescinded since approval and the developer would be able to record the endorsed plan with 30 days of that certificate issuance.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
