Gil & Filipe- Attached is Lenox's current ADU Bylaw which the Planning Board rewrote last October/November in response to the new draft legislation. It was passed in a special town meeting on December 5th. It has not gone to the AG's office.

Attached is Lenox's current ADU Bylaw which the Planning Board rewrote last October/November in response to the new draft legislation. It was passed in a special town meeting on December 5th. It has not gone to the AG's office. We wanted to get out ahead of the 'deadline' and we can tweak for our May town meeting, if necessary.
