[Massplanners] Old Subdivision - expiration?

Planners,

I have a signed Form C-1 decision for a 38 lot subdivision dated November 14, 2017.  I do not have a recorded endorsed plan, nor is there a covenant established/recorded.  The decision also does not have an expiration date listed in its conditions.  There is, however, and extension for an order of Conditions through 2026 from the Conservation Commission (not sure if that matters).

I feel like this is expired, but I could use a second opinion.
