[Massplanners] Local model ADU bylaw

Hello Planners,

Please keep in mind that as was mentioned in the public webinars held recently by EOHLC, that we will be developing model zoning/model by-law for municipalities to use to adopt local changes that reflect the new ADU law and the final regulations being promulgated. Please keep in mind that public comment can still be submitted to us at www.mass.gov/aducomments<http://www.mass.gov/aducomments> until tomorrow, January 10, 11:50pm. If communities are interested in that model document when it is ready, feel free to reach out to our ADU team at EOHLCADUHomes at mass.gov<mailto:EOHLCADUHomes at mass.gov>. All materials related to the new ADU law will be made publicly available at www.mass.gov/adu<http://www.mass.gov/adu>.

Hope you all had a good holiday season. With the new state ADU law coming up on February 2nd, 2025, I was wondering if any communities have a basic new ADU bylaw more like a process bylaw that reflects the state law? Would appreciate any shared local ADU bylaws.
