[Massplanners] ADU's - condo-ing

Given a single parcel -
Given two approved dwellings -
Given a sale of the entire property to a condominium association -

I think that the association has the right to establish a condo
association, and sell the separate dwellings to separate persons.
I think that the AG would not approve a Zoning Bylaws attempting to
regulate the ownership of a private dwelling.

That being said -
A town would likely earn more tax revenue if the two structures were held
in separate ownership - each would become principal
if both structures are served by the same septic system or well, there are
health regulations that would likely kick in like an addled mule.

Just some thoughts.
