[Massplanners] MBTA Zoning Town Meeting Vote

Middleborough's town meeting thrives on public input which more often than not includes floor amendments to various articles.  I can only imagine the uproar that would occur if our moderator announced that floor amendments were prohibited for just this one article.  I can already envision a resounding NAY from the entire town meeting body when called for a vote.  Slippery slope here...
