[Massplanners] Bylaw Review RFP

I am looking to put out an RFP for a comprehensive review of our Zoning Bylaw and Subdivision Regulations. If anyone has done a similar project, I am looking for an example of scope of work/RFP. Any assistance would be appreciated.
