Hello,

Spencer would be interested in seeing an example of the postcard. I'm also curious how it is saving money from traditional certified mail.

Hi Planners ? do any municipalities out there use postcards, rather than mailed letters, to notify abutters of Public Hearings?

I assume it is permissible under MGL.

I?m looking for ways to reduce our admin and mailing costs (and keep permit fees reasonable).

Thank you,

Chris
