Hi Lois,
We do it as a modification of the original Comp Permit. Attached

is a sample Comp Permit, plus a development-wide amendment (one homeowner
wanted to request lesser side setbacks for the entire project, it was
approved). I was told by Counsel that specific one-lot amendments are
possible, and done as a modification to the original Permit.
