[Massplanners] 40B HOA proposed modifications post-developmemt

Hi,

Does anyone have experience with homeowner requested modification of a Comprehensive Permit after the developer has completed the project and fulfilled all other post-development obligations? 

Does your town handle this as a modification to the approved plans and follow 760 CMR 56.00 regulations or is there another way that you address this? Do you have a written process?

Is anyone aware of caselaw relating to HOA/COA attempts to modify a Comprehensive Permit?
