The City of Lynn has an job opening for the Housing Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a planning or housing professional to help drive housing policy in Lynn, and support the creation of new affordable housing through the Lynn Affordable Housing Trust.

Position Summary


The City of Lynn seeks a forward-thinking, policy-oriented professional to serve as Housing Program Manager (HPM). The HPM will be responsible for managing and supporting existing housing planning activities and programs, and expanding the City's housing efforts by undertaking initiatives to implement strategies outlined in the City's Housing Production Plan and Vision Lynn (Recently adopted comprehensive plan). The HPM will work closely with the Mayor's Office, City of Lynn Planning Department, Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development, City of Lynn Office of Economic and Community Development, and other City departments, non-profit and private housing developers and managers, social service agencies, regional and state agencies.
