[Massplanners] Marijuana Cultivation Question

Ashby has limited marijuana canopy in the Residential/Agricultural District
(80% of the town) by limiting the canopy area per marijuana establishment
and limiting the number of marijuana establishments in the district. The
Industrial District (2% of the town) is the other district where marijuana
can be grown and it has no limit on canopy.
