Hi Rick,

I think you might be looking for MHP's MBTA Communities Webinar Series. All the recordings and materials are posted at:
https://www.housingtoolbox.org/recorded-workshops-and-trainings/mbta-community-webinar-series

The one that focuses on density is Session 6: Exploring Housing at Different Densities, presented by SRPEDD and Judi Barrett.
I also recommend checking out MHP's Residensity tool (https://residensity.mhp.net/) that estimates existing residential density for all parcels in MA.

Feel free to reach out to me at cmadore at mhp.net<mailto:cmadore at mhp.net> if you have any questions.

All,

I seem to remember, when this whole process started, DHCD (or some other entity) put out an informational deck that included renderings of what 15 housing units per acre could look like.

It included examples of townhouses/brownstones, village center cottages, I think, etc.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? And if so, does anyone have a copy of it?

Thanks
