Hi Rick,

I think you might be looking for MHP's MBTA Communities Webinar Series. All
the recordings and materials are posted at:
https://www.housingtoolbox.org/recorded-workshops-and-trainings/mbta-community-webinar-series

The one that focuses on density is Session 6: Exploring Housing at
Different Densities, presented by SRPEDD and Judi Barrett.
I also recommend checking out MHP's Residensity tool (
https://residensity.mhp.net/) that estimates existing residential density
for all parcels in MA.
