[Massplanners] Housing Zoning RFQ

Good morning all,

The Town of Brewster has been awarded a Community Planning grant to investigate further opportunities under the Brewster Zoning Bylaw to encourage housing alternatives to detached single family dwellings, including Mixed-Use and Multi-Family residential use and development, in appropriate contexts and areas of town.   The Town is now seeking a qualified consultant to provide technical services to prepare a report on the same.
