[Massplanners] Brockton Fairgrounds Redevelopment

The City of Brockton is looking for qualified real estate professionals and
planners to submit a quote, including a scope and cost estimate (under
$10k), to prepare a Highest and Best Use study for the 65-acre Brockton
Fairgrounds Site.  The study should look at multiple reuse scenarios with
uses including, residential, retail, office, warehousing and manufacturing.
The final report should provide estimated buildout volumes
(acres/units/square feet) for the top three reuse scenarios and will be
presented to the Brockton City Council no later than March 25, 2024.



The Brockton Fairgrounds is located at 600 Belmont St, Brockton, MA 02301.



Your submittal should include the name, contact information and description
of the firm’s experience, available capacity, and a line item scope with
costs per line item.  Please limit your submittals to no more than 4
pages.   Direct any questions to Rob May, at rmay at cobma.us. Submittals are
due via email to rmay at cobma.us no later than *Noon, February 14, 2024. *
