Hello all,
I have not asked a question on the Mass Planners listserve for many years, since I retired as Land Use Director in 2017. However, as a member of the Groton Board of Health, I knew where to ask this question.
Does your Town have a by-law regulating noise from commercial uses? Is a General By-law or in Zoning? We understand that the Board of Health has authority under DEP regulations 310CMR7.10 and 310CMR7.52.
You assistance is truly appreciated,
Michelle Collette
Groton Board of Health
