·    What is a Planning Vendor? The Planning Vendor is hired by the community with an MVP Planning 2.0 grant to support them throughout the process with project management, facilitation, and equity and climate content expertise.


·    What will the orientation cover? Prospective Planning Vendors will learn about the overall process (and program updates since the pilot round), understand the role of the Planning Vendor, explore available tools and resources, and have the opportunity to ask questions.


·    Who should attend? All interested Planning Vendors are encouraged to attend even if they served as a Planning Vendor during the pilot round. If your company has multiple folks interested in being Planning Vendors, we encourage all of them to register and attend the orientation. ·    Registration Process: All attendees are required to register for the orientation. As part of the registration process, prospective Planning Vendors will be required to fill out a series of questions. This vendor list will not be edited or vetted by the MVP team. It will be available as a resource to communities in hiring their Planning Vendor, but communities are free to procure a Planning Vendor on or off the list. The list will be organized by individual, not company.
