Ouch Tom but guessing it wasn’t a surprise. Would they have chosen to comply if a single room footprint 2000’ high or selecting all existing triple deckers was allowed by the state? Or maybe an underground compound? Some fine day in the future we may see how compliant communities have much stronger and resilient economies and social capital.
Yes happy holidays to all.

A slim harvest in CranberryLand USA when voting to submit warrant articles for Annual Town meeting.
In a world where Town Meeting is the purest form of democracy and where 4 of 5 Board members have never won a contested election, the Planning Board on a 2-3-0 vote opted not to submit an article for MBTA Communities Zoning.
Will APA-MA be awarding an Ignoble Award for Notorious Efficacy in Noncompliance? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ig_Nobel_Prize_winners
