[Massplanners] IZ and SPR in MBTA Multifamily Zoning

Hi Chris,

We just finished our Public Hearing last night. We referenced our 
Inclusionary Housing bylaw specifically. Site plan is mentioned, as 
well, without any special language..

This was mostly written by the good folks from MVPC. We're currently 
without a Planner or staff support so their help was greatly appreciated.

BTW- the Planning Board vote last night to recommend this MBTA bylaw to 
the Town Meeting Voters did not carry.
