[Massplanners] Roadway Design Manuals for Planning Boards

Dear Planners,
Does anyone have a roadway design guidebook for planners, not engineers?
Something geared more for lay people/Planning Board members to help
them understand terms and design principles for road layout. We are
updating our Subdivision Regs and this would be helpful education for some
of our members.
