[Massplanners] COVID Extensions for Local Permits

Hello MassPlanners,

Do folks have any insight on the COVID extensions on local permits? I am specifically referencing this memorandum: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/h44vplknzbp8bgxyit6vi/Update_Land_Use_Permitting_Deadline_Extensions.pdf

We have Applicants that need to renew and believe they are protected. It's not clear to me; it's also unclear how extensions are calculated.

Any help would be appreciated!
