Brian,
My firm uses WebEx to create both a video and audio transcript of our meetings. You do need to do a QC review of the transcript but it is pretty effective as long as everyone uses a microphone to speak. Our town of Hopkinton uses Zoom so I’m not sure it has the same capabilities. Of course this presumes that you are using the MA approved hybrid meeting structure.

Hello all,
I am looking at several different options for recording services for meeting minutes. Does anyone use a company/firm they would recommend? We are looking to potentially use funds to hire a person or a firm to handle several of the Board/Committee meetings here in Town. Thanks all!!
