[Massplanners] ARPA Funding Question

Wondering if anyone has used their local ARPA funding for the following:

New staff to support planning in housing or economic development
New staff to work with neighborhood/civic groups, nonprofits, or commercial
developer to develop affordable housing project(s)
Adaptive reuse feasibility study for conversion of a municipal building
into affordable housing
Conduct a zoning review for barriers to new affordable housing
Funding support for "smaller" scale affordable housing project
Land acquisition for a future affordable housing project (Town would then
need to develop RFP for design and engineering of a project)
