[Massplanners] Recommendations for DEI Consultants to Develop Municipal Strategic Plan

Hi all,

The Town of Longmeadow is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to
conduct a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategic planning process
to identify opportunities to improve municipal hiring practices, workplace
culture and policies, and interactions with a diverse public. Have you all
worked with any DEI consultants that you have been happy with? I would
appreciate any recommendations.
