[Massplanners] Defining "Family' in Zoning

Hello Planners,

I am looking to see how other communities define "family" in their zoning regulations. Specifally looking to see how other communities regulate unrelated individuals (e.g. no more than 4-unrelated can live together). If you can cite the direct section of code in your zoning, that would be helpful.

Second, for college communities, how have you tackled the issue around off-campus student housing/students living off-campus? There is a lot of literature on this topic within the planning world, especially with how it related to the issue around defining what is a family. Curious to hear how communities in MA have approached this.
