Subject: [Massplanners] Peer Review Tracking

[EXTERNAL] This message originated from outside the Town of Dracut. Use caution when opening attachments, clicking links or responding to requests for information.

Does anyone have a form or way of tracking Peer Reviewers that includes money in/out, reviews per subject/date, whether the applicant has been notified of peer review, etc? With several projects going at once between 2 boards, I’m quickly realizing that I’m not exactly on top of all that needs to be done: Estimates, billing, deposits, types of reviews: traffic, stormwater, site plan, zoning, subdivision regs, etc. I should also probably developed a set of rules.

Project information

  *   Name
  *   Applicant
  *   Project Team contact info

Peer Review Funds

  *   estimate request sent/rec’d
  *   payment invoice sent/rec’d
  *   deposit(s) to 53G
  *   payment(s) out

Peer Reviews

  1. categories: site plan, zoning, subd. Regs., stormwater, traffic, etc.
  2. peer review initial comments (date received and date board reviewed)
  3. applicant response to initial comments (date rec’d and date board reviewed)
  4. peer review response (if any) to applicant response
  5.  etc.

I’ll take anything you have. Thanks.
