[Massplanners] Federal Grant Assistance

A Friday question, perhaps.
Federal infrastructure (water, sewer, transportation) grant funds are now more closely tied to creating housing units, and remain closely tied to economic development and job creation (both construction jobs and permanent jobs). Federal Grants, I have heard, can have difficult and cumbersome application and reporting requirements, but can offer significant funding.
Have you worked with a company/entity you can recommend to navigate the federal grant process?
