[Massplanners] Recent Townwide Master Plan Update Costs

Good Morning Everyone,

Westford is in the process of considering a Master Plan update. The Town recently completed its Housing Production Plan and is currently in the process of modifying its zoning bylaw to achieve compliance with MBTA Communities, which could be a good launching point to dive into this planning process.

Would it be possible for those of you who have recently completed a Master Plan update to provide the approximate costs, timeframe and/or any other information that you feel would be important to contextualize your experience?
