[Massplanners] Use of open space in Residential zoning districts for large functions

Good morning Massplanners,
I know this has been addressed here before but I would appreciate any
information and updates. Has your town adopted any zoning (such as an
Overlay District) or found other ways to address rentals of areas of open
space owned by a non-profit educational organization for family or
corporate functions (weddings, corporate retreats etc.) ?
