Minimum qualifications:  Master’s Degree in planning or related field is highly desirable with three (3) years of progressively responsible planning experience. Bachelor’s Degree in planning or related field with five (5) years of direct experience in Land Use or Municipal Planning will be considered. Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is preferred. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.  Must pass CORI check.  Salary Range:  $81,432.00-$85,566.24, negotiable DOQ.  Excellent benefits package.
