Transportation Senior Planner or Planner, Berkshire Regional Planning Commission. Key team member sought to lead planning activities, including the Regional Transportation Plan, Transportation Improvement Program, and Unified Planning Work Program and electric vehicle promotion. The position includes researching, compiling, and analyzing transportation information and data, generating, preparing, and administering surveys, writing and producing reports, plans, and other technical documents, preparing and delivering presentations, and interacting with community leaders and the public. A Senior Planner is the lead for multiple complex planning projects. Responsibilities include program/project development, grant writing, development of scopes of work and budgets, project implementation, project and contract management, project teams leadership, and technical planning services.
