[Massplanners] Cannabis Impact Statement

Good Morning Planners:

Due to the new law (SB 3096) relative to cannabis host community
agreements, the City of Greenfield is looking into preparing an impact
statement on potential impacts from various cannabis uses within the
community.  Has any community prepared such a document that you would be
willing to share?  Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.
