[Massplanners] scope, quote for digitizing official zoning map

Hi,

We need our 1960’s zoning map officially digitized.  We have a GIS version that isn’t 100% accurate.
Does anyone know if there’s anyone on state contract that does this?
Does anyone have an estimate on what this would cost?
Does anyone have a scope we could get a copy of to get quotes/RFP?
