[Massplanners] Multiple Chairperson status

I have served as clerk of the Planning Board and chair of the ZBA
concurrently. There has been no conflict between the positions or boards.
Planning Board decisions are appealed to the courts, not the ZBA. A
conflict might arise if the Planning Board decided to take an official
position on a petition before the ZBA. In that case I would recuse myself
(leave the room) from the Planning Board discussion and vote on the matter
or from the ZBA proceedings on the petition.
