[Massplanners] Multiple Chairperson status

Planners,

Are there any other Towns in the Commonwealth whose Planning Board Chairperson also serves as Chair of the Conservation Commission or even the ZBA?  Curious about conflicts, issues, or general opinions from others about chairing multiple regulatory Boards/Commissions.  The obvious conflict is Planning & ZBA because of appeals, etc., but I'm mainly curious about Conservation, as is the case here.
