I'm sensitive to providing this information more than once on this listserv, but this report<https://www.lincolninst.edu/publications/policy-focus-reports/inclusionary-housing> looks at the design of IZ policies around here and across the country, with particular attention to the affordability percentage that is "tolerable" depending on hyper local market conditions. Here's a more bite-sized updated policy brief.<https://www.lincolninst.edu/publications/policy-briefs/inclusionary-housing>

Subject: [Massplanners] Inclusionary Zoning Examples/Successes
I am looking for some Inclusionary Zoning examples, ideally in western MA but also from around MA. In particular, I am looking for inclusionary zoning examples of projects that are completed, occupied, and would work well as images within a publication. Chris.
