[Massplanners] Extended expiration dates

Hi smart planners and other people,

Now that the COVID state 'o emergency has been lifted (oh, so long ago) we are running up against permits granted and not acted upon.  What were the official dates of the COVID time out?  Presuming that the clock recommenced upon the lifting of the emergency declaration, that is.
