[Massplanners] Do you require a bond for projects other than subdivisions?

When I worked for South Hadley, we required a Performance Guarantee for all
Stormwater permits. Additionally, we would require Performance Guarantees
for most Special Permits to cover specific special conditions - such as
fencing, landscaping, etc.
