[Massplanners] Master Plan RFP

Good afternoon Colleagues,



We recently released a RFP for master plan services and received no
responses.  We are going to re-issue a RFP slightly different by  doing an
existing conditions assessment, trends and visioning as phase 1. We would
then do phase 2 implementation. I think we have adequate budget for phase 1
$95,000.  We would then a town meeting appropriation for implementation
based on the work from phase 1.



The Planning Board asked to see if any communities have done a master plan
recently with this approach?
