[Massplanners] Lot Width and Frontage Questions

Good morning all,

 

Attleboro is investigating whether to require lot access via frontage and
also whether to modify our lot width definition.  We have some very creative
surveyors here, so want to close some loopholes!   ;)   Would you please
share your lot width definition and also advise as to whether or not your
community requires access through lot frontage?
