[Massplanners] [**EXT**] Planning and Workflow Software and Apps

Hi! We started using Airtable <https://airtable.com/>for managing project
information/ databases and creating gantt charts and workflows, and it's
been great so far. It functions kind of like excel and google sheets but
with embedded functions/ formulas that are easy to use once you get the
hang of it. The benefit of using airtable vs. excel is that it's meant to
be cross functional across people/ departments and you can share and use
data without making additional files and worrying about storage.

Let me know if anyone has any questions! Happy to help if so.

Liz
