Good afternoon!

I'm supporting a study for the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute Foundation (ICPF) to evaluate the effects of concrete pavers on speed reduction. The first step is to solicit regional suggestions, then conduct speed studies. Toole teams are participating nationwide, and the Boston team will conduct 2-3 study pairs.

Know of any streets or segments that use concrete pavers? They can be in MA, CT, or RI. A 300' length of paved area is preferred, but not required. We are not evaluating clay brick.

Bonus points for providing a nearby similar, street but with traditional paving (i.e. parallel street with same number of lanes, parking configuration, and land use). This will inform our data comparison.

Please let me know of suggestions (or questions) by Tuesday, August 16.

Thank you!
