[Massplanners] Split Zoning Lot - Zoning Language

Hi MAPlanners,

Do any of your communities have Zoning Ordinance/By-Law language that describes how your community deals with properties that straddle two zoning districts/split zoning on the lot? And do you feel it works well for your community?

Looking for examples and opinions.
